I purchased this set as a gift for a friend who taught me Mahjong many years ago. As everyone has stated, the set is exceedingly complete with extra tiles/jokers, an extra set of flower/butterfly tiles, lovely wooden racks, coins, dice, and quilted cases to hold virtually every component. It boggles the mind how thorough they were in designing this set. The tiles themselves are beautifully made with deeply engraved characters that are hand painted in five colors. Jokers are always a place for unique designs and these pandas are one of my favorites. There is a certain amount of humor in how they've stacked the Bamboo and the color choices make all the tiles super easy to identify numerically. It's well worth the price of admission and then some. I doubt you'll see a set you enjoy more anytime soon. Highly, highly recommended!

This Mah Jongg set was created with one singular objective: to create stunning tile designs that have never been seen before. To accomplish this goal, a high level of precision in art and design was required. The final result was tiles with graphics that look like artwork, and not cartoons.
All tile designs are cut by laser, allowing us to offer the highest level of detail and precision in each tile design. The process is much more painstaking and takes much longer to create than standard tiles which are created by mould.
All tiles are hand painted using only experienced hands. The result is stunningly beautiful tiles employing 5 distinct colors (red, green, blue, black, and gold).
You'll marvel at the crisp and clean Dots (no overlapping dots), the highly detailed life-like Dragons, Bams that look like real bamboo, flowers with details never seen before, but most of all, you'll be transfixed by the incredible Butterflies, each one prettier than the next.
Instead of 16 Flower tiles, this Butterfly Series comes with 8 Butterfly tiles and 8 traditional Flower tiles, so you can choose either version for your Flowers.
In addition to the gorgeous tiles, there are several premium upgrades in the Artisan Collection. You will also enjoy 4 solid beechwood racks, each with a magnetic matching beechwood pusher providing a touch of sophistication to your set. You'll appreciate our 4 pouch matching quilted wrapper, where each rack is stored in its own protective sleeve in order to ensure your wood racks are always well protected when stored.
The authentic metal money chips are something to behold. Available in 5 different colors, they are solid in weight and feel thanks to their thickness (2mm), and are virtually unbendable. These are the highest quality Mah Jongg coins you will find anywhere. They come stored in a matching draw string bag.
Also included, is a premium large beechwood bettor, with N-E-S-W designations. The smooth wood finish matches the quality found in the rest of your set.

USA & CANADA - shipping via UPS 
We offer FREE ground shipping to the contiguous USA and Canada (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded) for many products. Look for the "FREE SHIPPING" designation.
For all other items, and for Express Shipping options, we use an integrated online UPS shipping calculator. The shipping charges are calculated in real time by UPS. 1
Once you have finished shopping, you will be able to select Express Shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select) on check-out. Only after you know the total charge, will you be asked to enter your payment information. 2
For same day shipping, where indicated, orders must be received before 2pm Eastern Time (New York) in order to ship same day. Orders received after 2pm will be sent out the following business day. Orders received on weekends and on holidays will be processed the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL - shipping via USPS 
We offer shipping to over 190 countries with United States Postal Service using Express Mail International. Packages are insured and fully trackable.
International orders can take up to 5 business days to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Customers are responsible for any import charges (tax, duty, etc.)
APO AND MILITARY ADDRESSES - shipping via USPS
Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. The U.S. Government requires that we send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
* The Country must be "USA"
* The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
* The State must be selected as either "APO/FPO AA" "APO/FPO AE" or "APO/FPO AP"
